NEW PRODUCTS INDUSTRIES "NEPRO"

Nepro is one of the first manufacturers of UPVC Pipes and fittings in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The production started in 1969 and the factory has been continuously increasing its production until it reached 24000 ton/year in capacity of extruded pipes and 4800 Tons of injection moldings for fitting accessories. The production of pipes is achieved by extruders of different capacities of mainly German origin placed on 14 production lines and the injection moulding is through Austrian equipment placed on 22 production lines. Nepro is the first PVC manufacturer accredited for ISO 9001 Quality Standard.

The factory produces UPVC Pipes of sizes from 20mm till 500mm diameter of different pressure class according to DIN and Saudi Arabian Standards. Also pipes according to ASTM from size 1/2 till 6 inches Schedule 40 & 80. During 1997, 3 new extrusion lines were added which added another 4000 Ton/year of annual manufacturing capacity of pipes. The company's products were approved by Saudi Aramco, Ministry of Water & Agriculture, Royal Commission for Jubail & Yanbu in addition to hundred of consultants and local clients.
