As part of the effort to optimize internal processes and offer improved services, IKK decided to acquire a fully integrated Ever Suite Core
Services (ECS) Solution as a foundation for the development of business oriented e-Services. The infrastructure should be modular in order to allow
firms in developing simple applications and expand them into enterprise-wide applications while preserving the initial technical and financial
investment as well as the functional and technical consistency of all applications. The acquired ECS solution naturally integrates a Document Management
solution, sales farce automation, a Business Process Management solution and an Enterprise Portal Management solution for future needs and expansions.
